email

Just a thought to encourage other artists. We live in a wonderful time where ‘everyday’ talent is being recognized and applauded. Every on has received a God given talent. If you have something special that you enjoy doing … celebrate it, share it with others … you never know the journey it may take you on.

Random Facts About You?

Married 54 years (4 grandchildren)
Love people, color, fashion, design.
Christian
Young at Heart & Attitude

What got you started crafting?

Watching a very popular talk show one day, a lady came on showcasing her aprons ... and I thought ... I can do that but with a bit more modern, updated styling. And from that ... Over The Top Aprons was born

What is your source of inspiration?

Color, high fashion, street fashion, nature, observation in general.

What have you made recently?

I have a new Party Apron Collection ... Pretty and Practical. Perfect for the modern hostess for entertaining her guest but practical enough to wash in machine on delicate cycle ... and very affordable. Fun to design and make. Also, working on child's size aprons for the holidays. Just about ready to post.

Entertaining takes a lot of thought and preparation ... so I thought, what fun to wear a smart, cute apron to greet your guest to set the stage for a great party atmosphere. Just that welcome says, 'come on in ... the party is about to begin'!

Children love to help mommy and what could be more fun than to have there own apron.

Each apron and design starts with the fabric choice, the design style and details followed by meticulous step by step construction. The items is pressed each step of the way and the finishing touches are tried out for the final look before complete construction of the apron. Quality and style are never compromised.

Where do you sell your crafts presently?

Boutiques and my website.

Why are handmade crafts important to you?

Women today like to express their individuality and having something unique and special can only be acquired by haute coutour or by handmade designers. This is the importance of the 'Handmade" trend which can provide quality with affordable prices. It also opens the door for the creative person to bring their talents to the forefront for others to appreciate and to purchase.

Corline’s aprons are so sassy, cute, and lovable! They are such a boutique treat! To top it off- the lady, herself, is genuinely such a wonderful, true & loyal person who puts her all into everything she does….
Excellent feature you have done for her….
    God Bless!
