What got you started crafting?

My mom is creative and my dad can't sit still for one second. He's always building something or tinkering around with stuff. I definitely got that trait.

What is your source of inspiration?

My two little girls, hands down.

What have you made recently?

I'm a stay-at-home-mom to my two awesome little girls and live in NE Ohio. My former life was in the corporate marketing world.

The idea for KIDZ WIZ PADZ was born on the day I was outside in my driveway (throwing a temper tantrum in front of my neighbors), frantically ripping the cover off of my daughter's car seat. If you've ever done this before, you know what an absolute nightmare it is. She had a messy accident (during the potty training stage) and it was smeared everywhere. Right then and there, I decided that I wasn't going to go through this, everytime she had an accident in the car. I needed some kind of pad to put under her bum. I couldn't find anything with good reviews (or that I liked) online or in retail stores, so I made one! I've since made one for all of my mommy friends and anyone I know with a baby or toddler. They've been a huge hit and now I'd like to share them with you! I promise they'll help to make your hectic life just a little bit less chaotic.

The idea for Baby Sock Buddies came with the birth of my second daughter. I honestly just got sick of baby socks falling off. Shoes never helped either. Six week old babies just look dumb with shoes on....plus they don't stay on, anyway. So, I made her some Sock Buddies and got compliments everywhere I went! My friends all wanted a pair for their babies. So, they were added to my site pretty quickly!

Why are handmade crafts important to you?

Simply because there isn't anything on the market that is as good of quality and works as well! PLUS, lets face it. Everyone wishes they could make stuff. It's fun! And almost always better quality than mass produced merchandise.
